Job Description
We are seeking bilingual (English–Spanish) Intake Professionals to be the first point of contact for both potential new clients and current clients. This role requires strong communication, empathy, and organizational skills to ensure every caller feels supported and connected with the right resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage calls from potential and current clients.
- Collect and record detailed information in the firm’s CRM (Clio, HubSpot, MyCase, Lawmatics, etc.).
Provide a professional, empathetic, and supportive experience to all callers. - Guide potential clients toward scheduling consultations without offering legal advice.
- Handle general inquiries from current clients and direct them appropriately.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written skills in English and Spanish.
- Empathetic, professional, and client-focused demeanor.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with communication platforms (Aircall, Dialpad, OpenPhone).
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Prior intake, customer service, or legal experience preferred.
Sales Representative (Dragon)

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct case screening conversations to understand the client’s situation and determine if it aligns with the firm’s practice areas (without providing legal advice or making promises).
Handle consultations and follow up with new Potential New Clients (PNCs) by phone, email, and video calls.
Use effective communication skills to encourage clients to take action and move forward with solving their legal challenges in a supportive and professional way. - Work closely with intake professionals, and legal assistants to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Track leads, calls, and results in CRM systems (Clio, HubSpot, MyCase, Lawmatics, etc.).
- Meet and exceed KPIs with strong conversion rates for client sign-ups.
Qualifications
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is a must; bilingual English–Spanish required.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills with a client-first approach.
- Empathetic, patient, and able to build trust quickly.
- Comfortable with CRMs and communication tools (Aircall, Dialpad, OpenPhone, Zoom).
- Organized, self-motivated, and driven to meet performance goals.

Qualifications
